Church of the Epiphany Day School

We have tried to make the process of admissions as easy as possible.  

The first step in the process is, of course, the submission of an application for admissions.  We ask that applications be submitted in early September prior to the year of entry.

Once we have received your application, we will send a letter confirming receipt.  That letter will include the date of your assigned Open House Information Session, which is for adults only.  At the Session, we will provide you with a schedule for both your interview with the School, as well as your child's playgroup date.  Interviews and playgroups are scheduled from October through February of each school year.  

We will notify you in writing of our admissions decisions.  You should expect a letter in March of the year following submission of your application, which is the timetable mandated by ISAAGNY. 

Tuition assistance may be available for your child, depending on your family's financial situation.  Please feel free to let us know if you would like further information regarding eligibility criteria for assistance.  Generally, we strive to have a mix of children each year who reflect the socio-economic diversity of our neighborhood. 

We generally give priority during the admissions process to siblings of children who are attending or have previously attended the Day School for two years or more.
