Reading Ruth (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

Ruth is mentioned by Matthew as an ancestor of David, and the Old Testament Book named for her is a lovely tale of women supporting each other and working for the good of the family, despite differences of age and nationality.

Yet, in the end, the book raises serious questions about the role of women in the ancient world that we would do well to consider today.

Join Helen Goodkin as we read Ruth and share our thoughts.
