From the Associate Rector - December 11
A few weeks ago I wrote about how as a child I loved reaching the pink candle in the Advent wreath, as it meant that we were really close to Christmas. Now, as an adult and as a priest, I panic, because it means we are really close to Christmas.
This Sunday we light that pink candle – we are really close to Christmas!
I hope you are all finding your way in this unusual year. There are still opportunities below to take part in our Christmas Pageant and our Reverse Advent Calendar. There are also opportunities to join in prayer as a balm for your weary soul, including our Blue Christmas Service, which will take place on Wednesday, 23 December at 5:00 pm by Zoom.
And if you have a need that doesn’t fit into any of the neat little boxes below, I hope you will reach out. We are here to listen and to pray and to help and support in whatever ways we can.
