​New Rector Search Committee Forming

We've begun the important work of searching for the next rector of the Church of the Epiphany. The first step is to establish a committee of prayerful, open-minded, collaborative, and creative parishioners who will prepare a parish profile, screen and interview candidates, and successfully issue a call to our next rector. Committee members should expect to attend 2-3 meetings per month, along with additional time spent reviewing applications. No travel is necessary, as all interviews will take place either on Zoom or in New York City. The committee should represent a wide range of parishioners -- those who have a long institutional memory and those who are newer to the fold. Those with skills in interviewing, writing, designing, and general organizing are needed, but the most important prerequisite is excitement about the future of our parish. The next rector will help guide our collective spiritual lives into the next era of Epiphany's storied history, and it is a unique opportunity to be a part of choosing our leader.
